General Terms

In contact, I encourage my clients to feel comfortable, but I also require basic respect towards me as a person and an artist. If faced with any type of disrespect, I will have a right to cancel the commission.If not commissioned through sites such as Vgen or Kofi, I will ask for an e-mail address and/or social media to deliver the finished piece in the best quality possible.The waiting time of the piece can vary due to my personal life or any issues with finalizing the artwork. If there are no issues regarding the commission process, the piece should be delivered in the time span stated in the commission offer.After finishing the transaction successfully, I have a full right to post my work on my social media.

Commissioning Process

Before commissioning, I need to be informed if my art is going to be used for profit—examples: books, games, promoting, etc.As a client, it is your obligation to provide a clear reference. If there are any wishes regarding patterns, details, or small changes to the design, I will need an explicit written explanation (added reference pictures would be welcome as well).I give my customers full freedom of choosing the main concept of the piece. Details such as poses, facial expressions, backgrounds, props, and mood for the artwork are fully customizable up to my customers wishes.

Payment

I mainly accept payment through PayPal, but for people using Polish banks, I can agree on a bank transfer as well.The price range of the piece can change depending on the complexity of it. Main factors of said price changes are background and props, for which I may charge extra. After the first consultation, I will inform you of the final price and eventually let you, as a customer, change the concept of the art to fit in your budget.As a protection against scams, I would like my customers to pay the first 50% of the settled price after accepting the rough sketch and the second 50% after I send the colored sketch of the artwork. If I don't receive the payment, I won't continue my work.

Working Process

1. ) After receiving needed information regarding the commission, I will start working on the rough sketches of the ideas.2. ) I will require my customer to pick the final concept from between the options provided. Choosing one concept is permanent, and the rest will be disregarded.3. ) When the first payment is finalized, I will continue my work until a colored sketch is finished. At this stage, the customer is still able to request small changes to the piece, for example, corrections to facial expression.4. ) After the second payment, I will start my work on rendering. I will provide watermarked WIPs and allow small changes or corrections after consultation.5. ) After finishing the piece, I will send it to the commissioner for confirmation and then deliver the artwork via e-mail/the commission site.

Return Policy

I have a strict no-return policy. If my piece matches the references provided, I will not be considering any refunds. For pieces that contain errors, I offer free fixes.
